OD 50–800 mm · Any Core · Any Length
Manybrush manufactures cylindrical and spiral-wound roller brushes for conveyor cleaning,
deburring, surface finishing and machine integration. Every brush is built to your core
dimensions, so it fits the shaft you already have — not the other way round.
Send your shaft drawing or the old core — we will confirm the fitment before quoting.
OD, length and core spec is enough to quote.

Everything below is made to order. If your dimension sits outside these ranges, tell us anyway — we build custom cores regularly.
| Outer diameter | 50 – 800 mm |
| Brush length | 50 – 3,000 mm |
| Core material | Plastic (ABS/PP), aluminum, steel |
| Core ends | Keyed, splined, threaded, or per drawing |
| Fill material | PP, nylon 6.6, PBT, abrasive (SiC/AlOx), carbon or stainless wire, brass |
| Filament diameter | 0.10 – 1.50 mm |
| Bristle density | Light / standard / dense / extra-dense |
Seven common uses across cleaning, finishing and material handling.
Removes carryback before the return roller — the secondary cleaner that a scraper alone cannot deliver.
Abrasive-filled nylon on stamped and laser-cut parts, conforming to geometry while removing burrs.
Printing, laminating and coating lines where consistent scuffing determines adhesion.
Soft nylon with food-grade compliant materials for fruit and vegetable lines.
Fine filament with ESD-safe options for printed circuit board handling.
Brush rolls on finishing ranges and nonwoven lines.
On agricultural and municipal equipment, poly or combo fill.
Two ways to build a roller brush, and the choice changes the result more than most buyers expect.
| Construction | Advantage | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Spiral wound (continuous strip) | Even, gap-free bristle face; no tuft lines that show as patterning on the work | Finishing, conveyance, uniform contact |
| Straight tufted rows | Higher aggression, better debris release, simpler to repair locally | Deburring, rough cleaning |
Rule of thumb: if the brush touches a finished surface, spiral. If it removes
material, tufted. If it does both, spiral with a denser fill is usually the compromise that
works — but tell us the surface finish requirement and we will advise rather than guess.
Send OD, brush length, shaft diameter, core-end type and the material being
brushed. A photo of the worn brush with a caliper reading is usually enough.
Yes — keyed, splined, D-cut, threaded or plain bore. Send a drawing or the old
core.
Yes, SiC or aluminum oxide in nylon, typically 46–400 grit equivalents
depending on the finish required.
We balance brushes for high-speed lines. Specify the RPM at enquiry so we can
select fill density and core tolerance accordingly.
50 pcs standard; bespoke cores may require a tooling review. We quote the lowest
viable quantity rather than a number that makes the order impossible.
15–20 days standard, 25–30 days custom, counted from sample approval.
