Four brush families cover almost every sweeper position on the market.
The most common replacement part for road sweepers. Individual wafers stack on a rack to build a full-width broom core.
Smaller high-speed brushes for curb and gutter cleaning. Poly and steel wire, flat or convoluted, with the mounting plate to suit your machine.
Full-length rollers for the main broom position on larger municipal trucks. One part to change instead of thirty wafers — faster service turnaround.
Rubber skirts, drag shoes and strip brush seals that complete a sweeper replacement kit — shipped together with one set of documents.

Our recommendation: for construction site sweepers with gravel and asphalt
residue, a convoluted poly/steel combo wafer gives the best cost per hour. For airport
runways and dust control, flat all-poly avoids surface marking and resurfacing costs that
dwarf any brush saving.

Send us your machine make, model and year. We will confirm the inner diameter, outer
diameter, pin count and pin spacing. If you have the old brush, measure the ID, OD and
thickness and send photos with a ruler in frame — that is usually enough.
Flat wafers mount with a spacer and are generally one pin. Convoluted (wavy) wafers
interlock without a spacer and typically use two pins, giving a denser, more aggressive
sweeping face with fewer parts on the rack.
50 pieces for standard sizes. For custom specs the MOQ depends on tooling — talk to us
and we will find the lowest viable quantity rather than quoting a number that makes the
order impossible.
Yes. Send a sample of your current brush and we will match bristle diameter, tuft
density, ring thickness and pin spec, then send a counter-sample for your approval
before mass production.
Life depends on surface abrasiveness, sweeping hours per day and bristle material.
Steel wire on construction debris typically lasts 2–3× longer than poly, but poly is
preferred where surface marking matters. Our technical team can help you calculate cost
per hour for your specific application.
Yes — wafer brushes, gutter brooms, drag shoes and skirt strip brushes can ship
together as a single kit with one set of documents.
Yes. Private labelling on the wafer ring and packaging is available with no extra
tooling for most standard sizes.
