1. Disc brush:
Also known as road sweeper disc brush, road sweeper side brush, used at the front end of the road sweeper, usually equipped with multiple, can sweep the garbage into the middle part of the vehicle by rotation, and then suck it into the garbage bin through the suction nozzle. The ground pressure of the disc brush will affect the cleaning effect and the wear of the brush.
2. Roller brush:
Also known as main brush, road sweeper centre brush, road sweeper middle brush, installed at the bottom of the vehicle, sweeping the garbage and sand on the ground into the waste collection box by rolling. Sweepers are usually also equipped with one or two small rotating sweeping brushes (and one or two side sweeping brushes) to sweep the garbage in the corners or on the roadside into the sweeper belly.
3. Block brush:
A type of side brush, this brush is usually installed on the left and right sides of the front of the sweeping vehicle, has specific technical requirements, but is easy to install.
The materials, sizes and functions of these brushes vary to meet different cleaning needs and environments. When choosing a brush, you need to consider the wear of the ground, the height of the brush from the ground, and the material of the brush. The price of the brush usually depends on its size and material, and the price ranges from about 200-450 CNY. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, the brush needs to be replaced regularly and properly maintained.
